    Deep tawny with brownish reflexes. Balanced, delicate and elegant due the maturation in oak casks, showing a great variety of aromas to caramel, vanilla, chocolate, honey and dried fruits. Soft and silky taste, delicate with a long tasting finish

    14 - 16ºC
    Vinification
    After a partial stripe of the grapes, the grapes are trod by footin old stone “lagares”. The fermentation occurs with temperature control, being stopped by adding brandy (firewater)
