Tasting Notes: Tawny with orange nuances. Well balanced, good acidity and freshness, with aromas to raisins, dry fruits and some vanilla. Smooth and silky taste with strong texture and with a long tasting finish
Consumption: 14 - 16ºC
Vinification: After a partial stripe of the grapes, the grapes are trod by foot in old stone “lagares”. The fermentation occurs with temperature control, being stopped by adding brandy (firewater)
Ageing: Matured in oak casks for a minimum of 7 years
