And she's the white wine drinker in the house, and it has to be dry, won't ever touch red and rarely ros?. Dry wines, particularly the cheaper ones, often have far too much acid and sadly sulphur is far too evident. But not in this Verdelho, which has sufficient smoothness and fruit to make it moorish and versatile.
