<p>Sparkling wine produced from grape picking for grape harvesting, ideal for sparkling wine, and following the traditional foaming method which requires bottle fermentation for a period of more than 12 months.<br />It has a citrus color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Exquisite nose with herbal, floral notes and green apple. Fine bubble mousse, lively acidity, pineapple notes, textured and velvety mouth, very dry and persistent finish.</p>

<p>Sem Igual rose is made from Touriga Nacional (50%) and Baga (50%) grapes. The a nice baby pink clouded color with cherry, apricot and fig aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, with a long finish, perfect for pairing with barbecues ,being delicate meats, fish or vegetable. A grown-up Pet-Nat. Several editions available, since 2019, we have produced this every year. Around 2000 bottles produced in average.</p> <p>As a sparkling wine, it makes a delightful aperitif, perfectly suited to accompany starters or light meals. Its effervescent bubbles also complement roasted dishes beautifully. Additionally, as a rosé, it pairs wonderfully with desserts such as cheesecakes or a moist chocolate cake, offering a versatile option for various courses.</p>

<p>The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. In 2014 the name of the company became Pedra Cancela Vinhos do Dão Lda</p>
