With oysters and other seafood as well as starters, but as it is an eminently gastronomic sparkling wine you can accompany a meal from start to finish.
Tasting Notes
Its volume contrasts pleasantly with the lively and refreshing acidity and the fine, persistent and well integrated bubble, all contribute to the superior quality it presents.
Vinification
It was fermented in stainless steel vats, the temperature controlled at around 16 º C. The "tiragem" for the bottles where the second fermentation occurred, according to the classic method or "champagne".
