    Tasting Notes
    Color yellow, greenish. Aroma intense, mineral, fruity, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the caste. Fresh, intense flavor and with large volume of mouth. Light and fresh finish.

    10 - 14 ºC
    Vinification
    Fermented in barrel with temperature control. The malolactic fermentation is also given in French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months.
    Ageing
    In half barrels of French Carvalho and later in bottle.
