Tasting Notes
Delicate aromas of quince, plums and raisins. Some attractive nuances of resin and spice. In the mouth, already shows its age in bottle, with notes of licorice, prune and leather. Tannins soft and with great elegance and delicacy

16 - 18ºC
Vinification
After destemming and soft crushing, the grapes were placed in stainless steel vat, skin maceration for 5 days. These were fermented still for 5 days, remaining in post-fermenting maceration for another 3 days
