Visually, Cossart Gordon Sercial Vintage 1985 displays a golden topaz colour with old-gold reflections. On the nose, expect aromas of exotic smoky wood, very old brandy, and warming spices. Its palate is dry and fresh with razor-sharp acidity and a long, lingering finish featuring walnuts, aged brandy, and balsamic notes. A wine of purity and character, it’s best enjoyed as a contemplative experience—alone or paired with light desserts, nuts, or fine cheeses
