<p> AdegaMãe Sauvignon Blanc White Wine presents a bright, clear citrus color. On the nose, it boasts tremendous aromatic intensity, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. You'll find prominent green components like chopped pod vegetables, asparagus, and sometimes raw tomato leaf, alongside tropical notes such as passion fruit and lychee. It can also present subtle hints of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is equally intense and vibrant, with a crisp, fresh acidity beautifully balanced by the fruit. <p></p><p>This fortified wine dates back to the 14th century and reached its golden period by the laborious hands and sharp mind of Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo - Marquês de Pombal and Conde de Oeiras. Carcavelos' wine ran the world. It entered the most varied cultures. It has even given part of its 'soul' to Port wine in order to give it a 'body' and a superior taste. From this fertile and auspicious period, it fell to levels that without the intervention of the municipality was expected to cease to exist.</p> <p>It took hold and recovered and today, the vineyard continues to produce, on the hillside facing the Tejo, in the land that has always been fertile, shaken by the wind that is typical of us, the grape varieties.
