Bluníssima 2017 Red Wine

Bluníssima is the absolute superlative of Monte Bluna. It gives a voice, transmits the grandeur, strength and uniqueness of an entire region.

Bluníssima has a deep ruby color, the aroma presents ripe red fruit, notes of forest and menthol and pleasant leather hints. Well integrated wood with sweet and smoked spices, all based on a limestone background. In the mouth it is seductive and refined, with a captivating body and freshness, structured, with robust but delicate tannins. The finish is engaging and prolonged and has great potential for aging in the bottle.

Bluníssima is only produced in the best years, when nature allows and art permits it. It comes from a vineyard over 40 years old, located at Moinho do Céu (Sky Mill), in Arruda dos Vinhos, Lisbon, and is the result of criteria and detail. It is the gift of the best selection of grapes in the vineyard and cellar and of a gentle and generous maceration, fermentation and transformation, aimed at complexity, potency, seduction and elegance.
