<p>Adega Mãe Castelão Red Wine presents red-coloured wine with medium depth; smooth aroma, average intensity, still showing signs of its youth; primary of the red fruit, a dash of spices and a discrete presence of wood which adds up to a rich aromatic profile. <p>Quinta da Nogueira vineyards are in clayey soils, with a natural freshness and salinity, without irrigation, uniques, marked by the influence of a natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo (“All-the-World Mountain”) and by the proximity to the Atlantic sea, which is 20 km away. In the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at Quinta do Porto Nogueira - with DOC Óbidos classification - each parcel of vineyard is treated and valued as unique and different, and all them wines are produced with the pleasure and well-being of those who enjoy them.</p><p>Currently, Quinta do Porto Nogueira vineyards are conducted in Biological Production mode.</p>

<p>Casal da Manteiga White Wine reflects the characteristics of the soils and climate. This wine is marked by a unique character with fine, persistent aromas. On the palate it is dense, elegant and extremely complex.</p><p>It should be served at a temperature of 8º to 10º C, ideal with pasta, seafood and fish.</p>
