In the mouth, the granite mill and wood ageing component comes through - a dry, structured wine with a wide mouth, tannins present and character. It finishes long and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and tannins that are present but soft.</p>

<p></p><p>Casa da Esteira Dote White Wine presents fresh and quite aromatic, but intense white, with good acidity and minerality. On the nose, it reveals almond blossom, chamomile,calcite and phosphorus.</p> <p>The wine itself reflects the marriage between vineyards of different altitudes and varieties, with Fernão Pires pulling the wood, which, although persistent, is very well integrated. The minerality stands out, with a lot of creaminess and greasiness. Full-bodied, it fills the mouth at all levels and has a persistent ending.</p>
