Tasting Notes
Intense color garnet, still carmine. Sweet and chopped wood, plum, cherry and strawberry in herbal liquors and citrus peel. Depth mineram very rich. Chewy, chatty, always firm and juicy, salivating and very long.

16 - 18ºC
Ageing
In new barrels of French (1/3) and American (2/3) oak for 12 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.
