    Encostas do Peso White Wine is is characterized by its youth, its wonderful fruit aroma and bright and citrine colour. In the mouth it transmits freshness, evolving elegantly to a wine of excellent volume and texture, very well integrated in pleasant notes of minerality. A seductive wine that finishes fresh, balanced and with good persistence, ideal to accompany grilled fish dishes, shellfish, egg or liver pasta starters and lightly cooked white meats.
