Tasting Notes
Deep ruby ​​color. Very fruity, with notes of ripe black fruit, blackberries and plums, with notes of chocolate. Complex, with an acidity that gives it freshness, with tannins marked but polished. Long and persistent ending.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested for boxes of 25 kg. Fermentation occurred for 9 days in 14-ton granite winery, with foot steps and gentle remountings for blanket leaching and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds.
Ageing
In new French oak barrels for 18 months.
