- Fantastic concentration of fruit aromas. The fermentation and barrel stage bring a very elegant touch, with great balance and subtlety, and a very long, fruity and balanced finish with an impressive touch of acidity

- 10 - 12ºC
- Vinification
- All grapes are destorked before being slightly crushed by a pneumatic press and the resulting must decanted for 24 hour at 10°C in stainless steel vats. The must is then racked into new French oak barrels for 25 days at controlled temperatures (10°-14°C)
