    Citrus yellow pale color with a great aromatic delicacy dominated by minerality and the very well integrated wood. The palate shows a great volume, great freshness and a very long finish

    Vinification
    The grape are stemmed and pressed at the winery entrance. The start of the fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks followed by transfer to French oak barrels where it ends and where it occurs a period of battonnage on lees for around 7 months
