<p></p><p>Quinta dos Avidagos has a wide range of wines that goes from Avidagos White, Red and Rosé, Quinta dos Avidagos Tinto Reserva, Quinta do Além Tanha Tinto and Quinta dos Avidagos Grande Reserva Tinto. The indigenous varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, for the reds and Gouveio, Rabigato and Viosinho for white, allow them to achieve all the personality and character of the terroirs of the Douro. Combining cutting-edge winemaking with the traditional foot treading in granite mills (lagares), the aim is to produce wines with excellent value money with recognized quality worldwide, international profile and the nature of their homeland. <p></p><p><span>Located in the extreme south-east of the Douro Demarcated Region, Quinta da Extrema is part of a vast property with four contiguous Quintas that make up 476 hectares, belonging to Colinas do Douro Sociedade Agrícola. This property is part of the important Douro Internacional Natural Park, which has enormous game richness and extreme relevance for the Region.</span></p>

They result from vinification in granite lagares and the ageing takes place in French oak barrels.</p> <p>More than just producing one more wine, Luis Duarte's aim is to produce an ex-libris of the douro region, so he is in no hurry to put it on the market. On the contrary, he bets on prolonged ageing and the result is a wine where all the elements are more integrated, more harmonized giving more pleasure to drink it!</p>
