Predominat grape varieties: Gouveio, Viosinho, Esgana Cao and Malvasia Fina.
Quinta de Sá de Baixo is located in Sedielos, municipality of Peso da Régua.
The white wines, fermented at low temperatures with total destemming, are subject to less ageing and are bottled young, in order to preserve the balance between acidity and fruit achieved during vinification.
