Quinta do Daniel Reserva 2019 Red Wine
Quinta do Daniel, established since 1893, is located next to the place of Pocinho, Vila Nova de Foz Côa. The heart of this magnificent wine estate embraces the Douro river and welcomes all boats that arrive at the pier of Pocinho.
The vineyards extend from the left bank of the Douro River and go up the slope in the traditional terraces to a height of 425 meters. With about 80% of vines in full production age, it has about 20% of red grape varieties, aged 40 years.
Quinta do Daniel Red Wine presents notes of red fruits, cocoa and spices, polished and well integrated tannins, freshness, medium body with a long finish. Great ageing potential.
