<p></p><p>Quinta do Judeu came to the possession of the family Alves de Carvalho in 1932, with which it remains until today, the origin of its name being the result of the existence of a statue of a Roman Jew on its roof. Recently refurbished, Quinta do Judeu has an excellent winemaking center, which combines the most modern technology available for the production of fine wines with traditional practices, such as the treading of grapes by Men in granite wineries</p>
<p></p><p>The Lés-a-Lés project came from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos' desire to recover old grape varieties and styles of wines that almost no longer exist in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage. Just like the expression "Lés-a-Lés" in Portuguese means "to go from one end to the other".</p>
<p></p><p><span>Cabeça de Burro Reserva has an intense ruby color, an aroma of ripe fruit, perhaps most evident strawberries and raspberries, red fruit with some spice. In the mouth it is very smooth with wooden fruit. Full-bodied portuguese wine with a medium end</span></p> <p></p> <p></p>
<p></p><p>Grau Baume established in 2008 positioned has a signature wine producer in a very small scale Douro DOC wine, with a strong experimental character is born from successfull micro vinifiacations.</p>
<p></p> <p>Carm Formiga Bio Red Wine is fresh and elegant, in the nose has notes of berries and black cherries balanced with alluring hints of licorice. The aroma is enhanced by subtle notes of wood. The palate is intense, showing firm tannins with a smooth and very persistent final texture. This wine matches with meats, cheeses and most Mediterranean cuisine. Serve between 15 and 16ºC.</p>
