<p></p><p>Quinta do Javali Special Cuvee Red Wine presents dark red colour, with almost an opaque center. Nose dominated by fruit, essentially ripe black one. You can also unlock floral hints of crushed violet petals. There are also notes of undergrowth, with allusions to bark aromas, along with bitter chocolate. Long aging in high quality barrels don't mask the wine. On the palate, the structure has a huge dimension, supported by good tannins, which enhance the long persistence of evidence and considerable aging capacity</p>

<p>Fermented in stainless steel vats for 7 days at a temperature of 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing: 8 months in used French oak casks followed by 14 months in clay amphorae.</p>

<p></p><p>Menin Grande Reserva Red Wine is a deep ruby colored wine. In the aroma, it highlights all the freshness of red and black fruit, with plenty of nuances of black currant, blackberry, berries and balsamic notes giving balance to the set. In the mouth, it shows a very powerful wine, with great intensity and structure from the stage in barrels where the natural acidity of the wine balances the whole, transferring to the wine an enormous elegance and finesse.</p>
