<p></p><p>It began almost two decades ago, the passion and pleasure that the people of Quinta do Sobreiro do Cima put in the products that lead to themselves. To the regional development of Trás-os-Montes and the site of Santa Valha and Rio Torto, evidencing the history and wine-growing of these lands, this group allied the identity of its roots to a business project of creation and development of agro-alimentary products of high quality.</p>

<p></p><p>Quinta de Fafide is located on the outskirts of São João da Pesqueira on the River Torto at an average altitude of 550 meters. In this Quinta the grapes reach maturation without any sources of stress, either hydric or thermal, obtaining wines of unusual concentration and elegance.</p>
<p></p><p>Duorum O Leucura Red Wine presents deep red color. Very intense and complex aroma dominated by ripe black fruits, blackberries, cassis, floral aromas of violet and some spicy notes that result from “elevage” in the barrels. Also, noticeable aromas of evolution in the bottle, all contributing to further complexity. Dense, concentrated wine with well-balanced acidity, firm and well-integrated ripe tannins, and a range of sensations of richness and strength. These characteristics together with intensive retronasal aroma, gives it a long and persistent finish. A wine for ageing.</p>

<p></p><p>Quinta da Boavista's vineyards are part of the stunning geometric scenery of levels, terraces and terraces built by man on the schist slopes of the River Douro. The Alicante Bouschet is planted on terraces orientated to the north-east, with less sunlight at the end of the day, providing favourable conditions for good growth and balanced ripening.</p> <p></p>
<p>Proibido Dejavu Red Wine shows an intense ruby color and expressive aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it is structured yet elegant, with firm but polished tannins, juicy texture, and a long, persistent finish. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for 10–20 years. The recommended serving temperature is 16–18 °C, allowing the wine’s complexity and freshness to unfold beautifully in the glass.</p> <p></p>
