    Yellow citrus colour. The aroma is delicate, austere, with the varietal character of the Douro Superior. In mouth surprises for the good structure, creaminess and good acidity that imparts a great gastronomic aptitude

    Full cluster destemming and skin maceration, for about 3 hours. Fermented in stainless steel vats, at 16° C. After fermentation, homogenisation of the fine lees lasted for two months. Slight fining and tight filtration, before bottling
