    The aroma reveals hints of Balsamic, blackberry and spice flavour. Elegant palate due to its fine concentration and balance between acidity and tannins, long finish in the mouth

    The grapes were then totally destemmed and crushed. fermentation took place by separating and placing in small stainless steel lagares with prolonged maceration. The grapes were then gently trodden using the traditional foot treading process (pisa a pé)
