Quinta da Vegia Vinha de Santa Ana Superior 2017 White Wine
An excellent white wine produced at Quinta da Vegia in the Dão region
At the end of the 90's, with the development of the activity, João Pedro Araújo's family decided to acquire Quinta da Vegia, in order to start producing red wines.
Located in the Dão Region, next to the town of Penalva do Castelo, it currently has 20 ha of vineyards. His mindset followed a careful choice of grape varieties - Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Alfrocheiro and Tinto Cão, Encruzado and Bical - in order to create Quinta da Vegia wines.

Intense pink coloured wine, with an aroma of forest fruits allied with notes of violet and rosemary. In the mouth it is fresh, long and very mineral.

This white wine's freshness, structure, and aromatic profile make it incredibly versatile for food pairing. It's an excellent match for lean fish, seafood, white meats (like chicken and turkey), and various appetizers. Its acidity can cut through richness, making it suitable for dishes with creamy sauces, and it also pairs beautifully with a range of cheeses, particularly those that are semi-hard or have a mild to moderate intensity

On the tasting notes, the Taboadella Alfrocheiro presents a bright ruby red color. The nose is expressive and aromatic, with prominent notes of fresh red fruits (like raspberries, wild strawberries, and cherries) intertwined with subtle floral nuances (violets) and a characteristic mineral or resinous undertone. On the palate, it's described as elegant, fresh, and vibrant, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a lively acidity that contributes to its drinkability. This versatile wine is excellent for food pairing, complementing roasted or grilled meats (especially pork or poultry), Mediterranean cuisine, sausages and cured meats, mushroom dishes, and soft to medium cheeses.

With deep violet color and aromas of wild berries, bergamot, cocoa, and spice, Bella Superior Touriga Nacional Red Wine offers a vibrant palate with silky tannins and a long, refined finish. Aged to perfection and made for aging, Bella Superior is ideal for those who seek character, structure, and elegance in every glass. Serve between 16–18 °C and enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.

Quinta dos Roques Tinta Roriz Red Wine is grenadine, brilliant, with an intense fruit bouquet with aromas of blackberry-mulberry , with vanilla notes given by the oak. Tannins, body and acidity very well balanced
