Casa de Cello is a family business that has been dedicated to the wine-growing of its estates for 4 generations.

It was in the 80's that one of the owners, João Pedro Araujo, started the professionalization of the activity of Casa de Cello. It reorganized the existing structure with the aim of implementing the best viticultural and oenological technologies, in order to enhance the expression of its terroirs in wines.

- Quinta da Vegia,

Located in the region of Dão, near the village of Penalva de Castelo, it currently has 20 ha of vineyard. Its vineyard was followed by a careful choice of vine varieties - Touriga-Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Tinto Cão - in order to create Quinta da Vegia and Porta Fronha wines.

- The Quinta de Sanjoanne,

Located in the heart of Entre-Douro and Minho, near Amarante, it underwent a complete restructuring of its vineyards. Currently, 14 ha of vineyards are managed, with the vine varieties Arinto, Alvarinho, Malvazia Fina, Chardonnay, Loureiro and Avesso, which give rise to the Quinta de Sanjoanne and Leiras Mancas wines.
