On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful yet elegant, with firm, well-structured tannins and a vibrant acidity, leading to a long, persistent, and complex finish. This wine's robust structure and intense aromatics make it an excellent pairing for red meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses.</p>
