<p></p><p>The vines that make Textura da Estrela Red Wine have around 25 to 60 years old, in granite soils and with a production that never exceeds 4,5 tons per hectare. Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub region) is a terroir where the labels “Textura da Estrela” comes from. This is a low intervention red wine in which we do short pump-overs in the first days of fermentation and then only cap management. Results in a very typical Dão reflecting their genuine terroir and sense of place</p>

<p></p><p>Quinta dos Roques Cerceal White Wine present citric colour perfectly clear, with a good aromatic intensity where notes of acid fruit stand out. On the palate it is fresh, light bodyíed and well balanced suitable for good ageing, in the line of the classic Dao white wines</p>

<p>When tasting, expect an opaque red color, sometimes with medium ruby hues. The aroma is pure and precise, with notes of red fruits (cherries, blackberries, blueberries, wild strawberries), complemented by spicy black pepper notes, and sometimes earthy, mineral, and balsamic touches. On the palate, it is elegant and smooth, with a silky texture, great balance between volume and freshness, balanced acidity, and ripe, subtle tannins. The finish is long, revealing the full elegance of the grape and <i>terroir</i>. This wine's elegance and fruity-spicy profile make it an excellent gastronomic partner, ideal for grilled meat dishes, roast pork, aged cheeses, and spicier stews.</p>

The aroma is very elegant and exquisite, with notes of white pulp fruit together with notes of violet and tea, with a smooth note of lychees. In the mouth it shows volume and minerality, with a velvety and fresh structure, revealing a very long end of mouth and high character.</span></p>

<p></p><p>The wine that gave origin to this winery was the "Druida", back in 2012, and all the wines that followed are true to its original idea. The Druida were wise men of Celtic origin who sought to attain spiritual balance throught nature's equilibrium. <br />Druida and Vidente wines are just that, a pursuit for balance with the utmost respect for nature. This is a personal project driven by passion for wines, where the grapes are the real stars and winemaking is of minimal intervention. Dão is the main region and base of the Mira do Ó wines, the home fo the Druida and Vidente</p>
