His mindset followed a careful choice of grape varieties - Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Alfrocheiro and Tinto Cão, Encruzado and Bical - in order to create Quinta da Vegia wines.</p>

This refined profile makes it highly versatile for food pairing, excelling with white meats, roasted fish, and more structured meat dishes like beef or game, as well as a range of strong or aged cheeses</p>
