By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. WineHouse Portugal reserves the right to change, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website.
The user agrees to use this website only for lawful purposes and to refrain from any abusive or fraudulent use.

3. Legal Drinking Age

The sale of alcoholic beverages through this website is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or over (or the legal drinking age applicable in the destination country). By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal drinking age in their country of residence. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

4. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortage after an order is placed, the customer will be notified by email and may choose a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences may occur between the image and the final product, namely due to changes in labels or packaging by the producers.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time the order is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Orders and Contract

To place an order, the user must follow the online process (product selection, cart, checkout, and confirmation). Upon completion, an automatic confirmation email will be sent.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation.

7. Deliveries and Shipping

Delivery areas: Mainland Portugal, Islands, Europe, and the USA.
Carriers: DPD, UPS, CTT, Fema, Iberomail.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days (Mainland Portugal), depending on the destination. WineHouse Portugal is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or external factors (strikes, weather conditions, customs control, etc.). Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Die Produkte müssen im gleichen Zustand zurückgegeben werden, in dem sie erhalten wurden. Die Rückgabe von geöffneten oder veränderten Produkten wird nicht akzeptiert. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung gehen zu Lasten des Kunden, außer bei Versandfehlern oder defekten Produkten. In diesem Fall ist winehouseportugal.com dafür verantwortlich, ein Rücksendeetikett auszustellen oder mit dem Transportunternehmen zu vereinbaren, dass das Paket an der Adresse, an die es zuvor geliefert wurde, abgeholt wird.

9. Liability

WineHouse Portugal is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of products, nor for indirect or consequential damages. The company reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time.
