<p></p><p>Kompassus Cercial White Wine presents citrus-coloured wine with greenish tones. Mineral notes, citrus fruit and some vegetal flavours. A very fresh wine, but with volume in the mouth and a long finish. Very gastronomic.</p> <p>Cercial harvested in the first week of September. Pre-fermentation skin maceration for 4 hours, followed by gentle pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400 litre French oak barrels for 10 months with batonnage.</p>

<p>On the nose, Apartado 1 reveals complex aromas of candied orange peel, dried apricot, marmalade, and warm spice, enriched by subtle toasty oak and resin notes. The palate is beautifully balanced — sweet yet fresh, with an unctuous texture, lively acidity, and a long, elegant finish. Perfect with foie gras, nut-based desserts, or enjoyed on its own, this late harvest gem is a tribute to Portugal’s sweet winemaking tradition.</p>
