Located in the heart of Bairrada, in São Lourenço do Bairro, where tradition in wine production goes back to 1930. Inaugurated in 2007, Quinta do Encontro, a winery with the signature of the architect Pedro Mateus, is located in the vineyard landscape, in full harmony with nature, and is the result of a different and innovative vision of making and communicating the wines of Bairrada Region

<p></p><p>The Quinta Colinas de S. Lourenço was acquired in 2009, this extensive property is located in São Lourenço do Bairro, Anadia, in the heart of Bairrada, wine region par excellence and Region especially cherished by IDEALDRINKS. The 80 hectares of vineyards are scattered over the clay-limestone soils of the gentle hills typical of the region, which gave rise to its name</p>

<p></p><p>Osvaldo Amado has been making wines for 32 years and for about two years has decided to restructure his life, abandoning consulting to have more time for the Global Wines Group's wines and also to be able to create his own wines, in a style never before marketed. Workshop wines, whether classic or modern, but always differentiated by originality and rarity, produced in limited editions.</p>
<p></p><p>Azul Portugal was conceived with the purpose of creating a single brand that includes the most important wine regions of Portugal, with quality being its flag. The brand image was carefully chosen in order to appeal to all age brackets with higher wine consumption habits.</p>
<p></p><p><span>Very expressive floral notes, with citrus hints and light mineral. With a silky texture, in the mouth it reveals a well integrated lemonade acidity, showing all its harmony and elegance.</span></p>
<p>Visually, it displays a very pale salmon (partridge-eye) hue. The nose is elegant and complex, with aromas of fresh red berries, dried flower petals, and a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is bone-dry, exceptionally fresh, and persistent, offering great finesse and structure. Serve chilled between 10–12 °C, and pair with canapés, seafood, or lean meats</p>
