Aveleda Parcela do Roseiral is a 100% Alvarinho wine sourced from a unique west-facing granite plot with exceptional fertility in the heart of the Vinho Verde region. Harvested by hand, the grapes are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic intensity of the variety. Around 80% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels and the remaining 20% in stainless steel, followed by six months of lees ageing with regular bâtonnage, adding texture and complexity.
