Onda Nova Syrah Red Wine is a 100% Syrah wine produced in the Algarve region, expressing the unique character of this sun-drenched southern terroir. With careful vineyard management and barrel ageing, it reveals a deep ruby color and remarkable aromatic complexity. The nose opens with ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry, followed by hints of black cherry, violet, and delicate spices like white pepper and cinnamon.
On the palate, Onda Nova Syrah Red Wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with firm yet polished tannins and a balanced acidity that brings freshness to the rich fruit core. The finish is long and elegant, with persistent spicy and fruity notes. It pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game dishes, aged cheeses, and flavorful sauces, offering both immediate pleasure and excellent ageing potential.
