<p>Élevage Red Wine presents a complex and pure aroma, dominated by notes of ripe red fruit such as plum, blackberry, and sour cherry. These are beautifully complemented by hints of white pepper and a subtle mentholated freshness, adding sophistication. On the palate, it is an intense, deep, and fresh wine, with elegant and smooth tannins that contribute to a rich, enveloping texture. The aromatic purity experienced on the nose is fully confirmed in the mouth, culminating in a sublime and harmonious wine with a long, persistent finish.</p> <p>With an alcohol content of around 14% ABV, the Herdade do Sobroso Élevage Tinto is best served between 16ºC and 18ºC. It pairs exceptionally well with game dishes, red meats, and Italian cuisine, and also complements aged cheeses. This wine has consistently received high praise and distinctions, including 95 points from Revista de Vinhos, reaffirming its status as an excellent wine that authentically expresses the Alentejo terroir.</p>

<p></p><p>On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.<br />In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.</p>
