On the nose, it's exuberant, fusing oxidative touches with a hint of gunpowder reduction, with candied fruit in the background, marking out delicacy. Original and gastronomic in character.</p> <p>El Duende Rosé Wine has a great gastronomic character and departs from the predefined script, contrasting freshness and weight, age and youth and finally oxidation and reduction in a single context.</p>
