<p></p><p>Quinta do Mouro is located at the gates of the city of Estremoz, and belonged for centuries to the Zagalos family, one of the wealthiest in town. This original "quinta" in Alentejo, where the vast estates dominate, has an 18th century grooved house, charming gardens, bowls and 18th century tanks. In 1979, at the age of 26, luck dictated Miguel Louro's fate at a poker table, among friends, when he had the dilemma of buying a Porsche or Quinta do Mouro. The first hectares of vineyard would be planted in 1989, after a failed incursion into cattle breeding, and today he is one of the most iconic wine producers in the region</p>

They are wines that show the grape variety, the place where it is planted, and the potential of this symbiosis. They are special wines for the simple connection between the most important production factors, soil, climate and grape variety.</p>
<p></p><p>Discordia wines are produced at the Vale d' Evora Estate, situated just a few kilometers from the beautiful village of Mertola, inside the Vale do Guadiana Nature Preserve, the vines of Discordia produce airy and well-concentrated fruit, resulting in wines with their own unique character.</p>
