Suas vinhas representam décadas de história que Henrique Uva preserva e cultiva há muitos anos e que sempre quis desenvolver como produtor independente.<br />Em 2004, ele alcançou seu sonho, com o projeto que passa pelo nome de Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. A adega é cercada por 1.400 hectares de uma paisagem que pode ser considerada exuberante, tal é a diversidade de plantas e fauna, com várias bacias hidrográficas formando oásis verdadeiros. A Adega é um verdadeiro lugar de culto. Um lugar onde a modernidade e a funcionalidade podem ser encontrados ao lado de técnicas tradicionais indeléveis.</p>
