It is a wine full of intense aromas, dense fruit and plum flavors giving way to a velvety finish with soft tannins
Vinification
The varieties were vinified separately in 10-ton stainless steel tanks for 10 days, with a temperature between 22ºC and 24ºC. The skin of the grape was left before pressing and passed to malolactic fermentation
Ageing
12 months in oak barrels 15% French and 15% American and the rest in stainless steel tanks
