<p></p><p>El Duende Rosé Wine has a slightly cloudy, not very pretty petrol colour. On the nose, it's exuberant, fusing oxidative touches with a hint of gunpowder reduction, with candied fruit in the background, marking out delicacy. <p></p><p>Nunes Barata is a wine project located in Cabeção (Upper Alentejo, in the north region of Portugal). Due to its exceptional terroir, is an area with a unique background in the production of high quality wines, full of character and is known for its famous wines made in clay pots. Here, the vineyard and the wine were, since always, the main economic activity.</p>
<p>Hand-harvested in small boxes and carefully selected, the grapes were fermented in traditional lagares at controlled temperature and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Limited to just 3,600 bottles, Teixinha Aragonez Red wine delivers intensity and refinement in equal measure, making it an excellent companion for roasted meats, game dishes, and hearty Mediterranean cuisine.</p>
<p></p><p>Azul Portugal was conceived with the purpose of creating a single brand that includes the most important wine regions of Portugal, with quality being its flag. The brand image was carefully chosen in order to appeal to all age brackets with higher wine consumption habits.</p>
<p></p><p>On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.<br />In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.</p>
