This wine is suited to be matched with main dishes of fish and sea food as well as with grilled white meats
Tasting Notes
Light yellow in colour, intense nose, with hints of ripe pineapple, fresh citrus and a touch of spicy oak. The mouthfeel is rich and full with concentrated aromas. The acid is well balanced and long in the mouth
Consumption
8 - 10ºC
Vinification
The fruit is hand harvested, into 20kg picking bins. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented at 12ºC partly in stainless steal tanks (80%) and the remainder in oak barrels.
