    Tasting Notes
    Red color with dark center. In the nose the ripe red fruits, violets and notes of spices stand out. On the palate the ripe fruit begins the proof, followed by the acidity and very nice structure. Voluminous, with a soft and prolonged finish
    Vinification
    Total destemming followed by slight cold crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (20 to 22 degrees) for 7 days with daily manual overtakes
