<p>After careful harvesting at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo total destemming, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC. Cartuxa White Wine is then aged on fine lees with bâtonnage for nine months, adding richness and complexity. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas combine with subtle floral notes and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity and a smooth, lingering finish.
