Dark garnet colour. Predominating red fruits and black current. Subtlefloral aromas, reminding of wild flowers and orange blossom. On thepalate excentric spicy notes, a pleasant acidity and a balancedstructure
Vinification
The grapes were cooled down over night and then slowly partially fermented in stainless steel vats and rototanks. Cold stabilised before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of this wine
