Its medium-bodied yet solid structure supports a range of flavors, including red fruits, dried fruit, chocolate, caramel, coffee, nuts, and warm spices, with a long, spicy finish. The wine's production process involves careful grape harvesting, mechanical crushing, partial destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging in century-old barrels and vats, contributing to its structure and complexity.<br /><br />The blend includes Portugal's finest grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Barroca.
