<p></p><p>Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of the Quintas located in Cumieira, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro. The olives are harvested by hand in order to preserve the structure of the tree. The olives are sent directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25kg. No olives are picked from the ground. Extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous two-phase extraction is then carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.</p>

Strong aroma with notes of wood, honey and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and very persistent.<br />Its ageing in oak barrels and its acidity give it the perfect profile to harmonise with dishes traditionally associated with red wines. It pairs perfectly with oily fish; red meats such as goat or lamb; game meats; and white meats such as turkey, duck and chicken. It also goes well with cream or mushroom sauces.</p>

<p></p><p>Soalheiro Cota 27 White Wine has an intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections, it is clean and bright. On the nose, it combines aromas of riper fruit, such as apple, plum and lemon peel, with floral notes of acacia and elderflower. In the background, the mineral character, with a soft touch of smoke, gives it great depth and elegance. On the palate, the wine is unctuous and has ample structure. It's elegant and complex. With volume and freshness in perfect balance, it has a long and persistent finish. The acidity is balanced and integrated, giving it a friendly and subtle character.</p> <p>This is a very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany a meal. From grilled langoustines to seafood rice, fish rice or oven-baked fish to oriental dishes. </p> <p></p>
