When the company first started, wines were produced and sold wholesale and unbranded. Feitoria) is a unique project, created on September of 2000. Nowadays the company has 48 shareholders (of which 15 are producers), and 19 Quintas. <p>Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 20 days at a temperature of 15ºC (70% of the batch). Fermentation in a wine press for 7 days at a temperature of 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing: 12 months in 500-litre French oak casks.</p>
<p></p> <p>Confirma-se presents a very expressive nose, with predominant notes of fresh red fruit (raspberry, strawberry, cherry), but surrounded by a fresh and seductive mineral aroma. In the mouth, the granite mill and wood ageing component comes through - a dry, structured wine with a wide mouth, tannins present and character. It finishes long and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and tannins that are present but soft.</p>
