- Deep garnet colour. Fresh, plummy fruit aromas rise out of the glass. Quite herbal and spicy, with a slight scent of eucalyptus. Taught and compact fruit on the palate, displaying black cherries and peppery tannins. Ends on a note of spice

- The grapes were picked by hand and the bunches were manually sorted. The grapes were inoculated with selected yeast and maceration was achieved through pumping over. Fermentation temperatures were kept between 22 and 24ºC
