<p></p><p>The vines that make Textura da Estrela Red Wine have around 25 to 60 years old, in granite soils and with a production that never exceeds 4,5 tons per hectare. Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub region) is a terroir where the labels “Textura da Estrela” comes from. This is a low intervention red wine in which we do short pump-overs in the first days of fermentation and then only cap management. Results in a very typical Dão reflecting their genuine terroir and sense of place</p>

<p></p><p>The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. In 2014 the name of the company became Pedra Cancela Vinhos do Dão Lda</p>

<p>Villa Oliveira Vinha Centenária Pai D'Aviz" typically exhibits an open ruby color. On the nose, it is complex and inviting, with notes of wild fruits, earthy undertones, floral nuances, and a subtle vegetal character. On the palate, it reveals itself as elegant, fresh, and intense, culminating in a very long finish that encourages another taste. This wine is notable for its structure, freshness, and aromatic complexity, harmonizing perfectly with red meat dishes, grilled white meats, and intense, hard cheeses, such as Serra da Estrela cheese. <p></p><p>The Quinta dos Picos do Couto has a very special meaning for FTP Wine. It was on this Thursday, in the beginning of the 90s, that the wine production of FTP Vinhos began.<br />This farm, in the municipality of Tábua, with all the others that over the years has been added to it, centralizes the entire vineyard production of FTP Vinhos in the south of the demarcated region of Dão, totaling already an area of more than 30 Ha of vineyard.<br />The Picos do Couto brand, originating in the name of this farm, represents wines with a modern and appealing profile, according to new trends</p>
