<p></p><p>Menino do Coro Escolha Avesso White Wine</p> <p>Fresh grapes picked by hand and gently pressed whole bunch. Fermentation in stainless steel where it ages on fine lees for 9 months. An intense and complex wine, with notes of pineapple, grapefruit and peach in the aroma and great freshness and rebelliousness in the mouth. Excellent company of fish, seafood, sushi and fresh salads.</p> <p></p>
<p></p> <p>Raza Vineyard has 40 hectares and it is located in Celorico de Basto, in Vinho Verde Region (DOC). The unique terroir is created by the gentle slopes and the magnificent exposure to the sun. The soil benefits from its granite origins with areas of schist and clay. This is very unusual in Vinho Verde Region</p>
<p></p><p>The Niepoort Dócil is the result of our search for a Vinho Verde which would reflect the region’s terroir and whose vinification would rely on the balance, structure and vibrant acidity of the Loureiro grape variety. This Loureiro comes from its traditional region, the Lima Valley, and is produced from vines growing in granitic soil</p>
